Surface Object

Normalized, runtime-safe content carried by a Surface.

Surface Objects preserve content, meaning, provenance, branding, and presentation intent without preserving browser implementation. They may contain structured text, approved asset URLs, actions, and non-authoritative runtime hints. They never contain arbitrary HTML, CSS, or executable JavaScript.

A Finding is a candidate. A Surface Object is consumable runtime content.
